Elmore, millionaire salmon packer, who was killed in an automobile accident near Los Angeles last month, was admitted to probate today. He bequeaths to the widow, Mary Hurd Elmore, who is to be appointed executrix without bonds, the whole of his property, both real and personal, with the exception of a small bequest to his brother E.E. Elmore. In case, however, the widow remarries, she will forfeit the right to three-fourths of the estate, which is valued at approximately $750,000, to the three daughters.
