WILL DIVIDES $363,000

Estate of Mary Hurd Elmore Is left to Daughters and Brother

Astoria, Or., April 15
The will of Mrs. Mary Hurd Elmore, widow of Samuel Elmore, was filed for 
probate today. The document, which was executed on May 18, 1920, disposed of 
an estate comprising $350,000 in personal property and $13,000 in real estate. 
After providing for the payment of all just claims against the estate, the 
will left $20,000 in trust with the Columbia Trust & Savings Bank in this city 
to be invested and the net income to ba paid to .M. Hurd, a brother of the 
deceased.

Following the death of F.M. Hurd the trust fund is to revert to the estate and 
be divided equally among the three daughters of the deceased, Sue Elmore 
Haradon, Floretta Schriber and Elsie Elmore Childs, who are names as 
executrixes and who share equally in the balance of the estate.
