Arthur Berg who purchased from Mrs. Anna Johnson what is commonly known as the old Herald office, across the street east from the city hall. The lot is 50x100 feet. All the tenants of the building have moved out and Mr. Berg says the work of tearing down this old time structure will be begun next week. What is to occupy the lot Mr. Berg did not divulge, nor did he know just how soon anything would replace the old red building which has seen better days.
