Alice K. Gauntlett

Coquille - Mrs. Alice Katherine Gauntlett, 56, wife of Wesley W. Gauntlett of 
Coquille, died at her home in Coquille Thursday night following a lengthy 
illness.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Pioneer Methodist church and interment 
will be in Sunset Memorial Park. the Rev. Luis Bove will officiate.

Born at Flora Hoem, Iowa, Mrs. Gauntlett and her family had resided in 
Coquille for many years. 

Surviving in addition to her husband are sons, Al of Newport, and Jack, 
Coquille; daughter, Mary, Coquille; sister, Mrs. June Tigerstrand, Portland; 
brothers, Lucius McIntyre, Porltand and Archiee McIntyre, Cle Elum, Wash.

The family has indicated memorial gifts in her name to the Oregon Cancer 
Scoiety would be appreciate. Contributions may be sent to the Rev. Luis Bove, 
Pioneer Methodist Church, Coquille.
