She was born at Edinburgh, Scotland December 31, 1864.
Entered USA at New York, New York on September 1890.
Now resides at Baker, Oregon

Made declaration in 1898 at Mount Vernon, Washington Superior Court.
My last foreign residence at Jureich, Switzlerand, entered at New York, New
York under name of Louis H. Weppler, about September, 1890, vessel's name
unknown.
