Whitted or Mrs. H. A. Whitted realizing the uncertainty of life, int he county of Douglas and State of Oregon, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud, or the undue infludence of any person whomsoever, do make, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTMANET in manner following, that is to say: First On this day the 20th twentieth day of January,1 927, I do hereby will all my property, real and personal, wheresoever the same may be, to my beloved children, known as, Raymond J. Whitted, Dennis H. Whitted, Blanche S. Galloway, as sole heirs, to be equally devided [sic] the 40 fourty [sic] acres of land located in the county of Douglas State of Oregon near Azalea. Described as following to wit. The North East Quarter of South East Quarter, Section Six 6, Township, Thirty twy [sic - twp] 32, South of Range Four 4, To be Deeded to Dennis H. Whitted, all other property real and personal, includeing [sic] all and any moratage [sic] Bank Accounts, to Equally divided between Raymond J. Whitted, and Mrs. Blanche S. Gallowy, the Forty acres located in the county Douglas State of Oregon as described above, are valued at one thousand dollars, $1000.00, if not enough other property equal same, one Third of Crop Grown on the land above described to become the property of Mr Ramond [sic] J. Whitted and Mrs. Blanche S. Galloway, each year untill [sic] the said heirs have equal shares, Valuation changed at request of Corinda P. Whitted by T. C. Johns, Justice of Peace of Crow Creek Dis Lastly: I hereby nominate and appoint Raymond J. Whitted, Dennis H. Whitted, and Mrs. Blanche S. Galloway, the executors of this my last will and testament, and direct that no bond be required of Executors, for the faithful performance of their duties as such and hereby revoke all former wills by me made. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 20th Twenieth day of January one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven 1927, at Azalea Oregon, February 15th, 1927. Corinda P. Whitted, Deceased} CERTIFICATE OF PROOF OF WILL AND THE FACTS FOUND STATE OF IDAHO} County of Latah} ss. I, Adrian Nelson, Judge of the Probate Court in and for the County of Latah, State of Idaho, do hereby certify; That on the 20th day of June, 1927, the annexed instrument was admitted to Probate as the last Will and Testament of Corinda P. Whitted, deceased; and from the proofs taken and the examination had therein, the said court finds as follows: That said Corinda P. Whitted, died on or about the 22nd day of May, 1927, in the County of Douglas State of Oregon that at the time of her death she was a resident of the said County of Latah, Stat eof Idaho, that the said annexed Will was duly executed by the said decedent in her lifetime, in the said County of Douglas, State of Oregon, and signed by the said testator in the presence of Mrs. L. E. Damewood and N. H. Damewood, the subscribing witness thereto; also that she acknowledged the execution of the same in their presence and declared the same ot be her last Will and Testament; and the said witnesses attested the same at her request, in her presence in the presence of each other; that the said decedent, at the time of executing said will, was of the age of 74 years and upwards, was of sound and disposing mind, and not under duress menace, fraud or undue influence or fradulent misrepresentation; nor in any respect incompetent to devise and bequeath her estate. IN WITNESS WHEREOF< I have signed this certificate and caused the same to be attested by the Clerk of said Court, under the seal thereof, this 20th day of June, 1927.
