Margaret Gorden died on or about 22 January 1917 in Jackson County and
left property. This document is a petition for probate of her will. The
petitioner, Robert Gorden, and Clara L. Gorden were named as executors in
the will. The heirs are:

Matilda Myers, daughter, Central Point, Oregon 
Nora Vaughn, daughter, deceased
Jane Vincent, daughter, Pine Creek, Oregon
James Gorden, son, Fort Klamath, Oregon
Henry Gorden, son, Fort Klamath, Oregon
Alfred Gorden, son, Medford, Oregon
Uriah Gorden, son, Medford, Oregon
Clara L. Gorden, daughter, Medford, Oregon
Robert Gorden, son, Fort Klamath, Oregon
Monroe Gorden, son, Beagle, Oregon
Addie Vincent, daughter, Prospect, Oregon

All heirs are over twenty-one years of age. The estate consisted of
$1,867.26 in a bank account. The executors were asked to serve without
bond. The petition was signed by Robert E. Gorden.
