This document lists the heirs and the names of the executor and
appraisers. 

Mrs. Higinbotham died in 1895 (date not given) and owned real estate at
the time of her death, value $800.00, rental value $50.00 per year. A
search for a will had been made but none was found. Her heirs, all
residents of Jackson County, are:

Minnie Nichols, daughter, age 34
Elmore Higinbotham, son, age 36
George Higinbotham, age 23

Gus Newbury was appointed executor and filed a bond of $100.00. W. T.
Grieve, Chancey Florey and R. B. Dow were appointed appraisers.
