Abstract of petition for divorce between Bessie May Plymale, plaintiff,
and Francis Gabriel Plymale, defendant.

The plaintiff has been a resident of Oregon for more than one year.
Bessie and Francis married on 8 Apr 1894 in Jackson County, Oregon. A
child, Claude Leslie Plymale, was born on 5 Dec 1896 in Jackson County.
The defendant had deserted the plaintiff more than a year before filing
the suit. He had been able to provide for the plaintiff and child, and
had not done so, for at least two years prior to filing the suit. 

The plaintiff asked for the marriage to be dissolved, for $10 per month
child support, custody of the child and any other relief as the court saw
