Grace Plymale, plaintiff, vs. Victor Plymale, defendant The plaintiff states that she has been a resident of Jackson County, Oregon, for more than one year. The marriage took place on 23 Aug 1907 and they have had no children. On or about 1 Sep 1911, the defendant deserted the plaintiff and has not contributed to her support. The plaintiff has had to rely on her own labors and her mother's help. The plaintiff wants to have the bonds of matrimony dissolved, resume use of her maiden name, E.
