Plymale, Plaintiff, vs. Francis G. Plymale, Defendant The plaintiff says she has been a resident of Jackson County, Oregon, for more than five years. She and the defendant married on 23 July 1901 in Jackson County, Oregon, and are still married. A child, Francis Plymale, was born on 21 May 1902. On or about 1 Nov 1903 the defendant deserted the plaintiff and continues to do so.
