Abstract of suit in equity for divorce, Circuit Court of the State of
Oregon, in and for Jackson county

Hattie M. Plymale, Plaintiff, vs. Francis G. Plymale, Defendant

The plaintiff says she has been a resident of Jackson County, Oregon, for
more than five years. She and the defendant married on 23 July 1901 in
Jackson County, Oregon, and are still married. A child, Francis Plymale,
was born on 21 May 1902. On or about 1 Nov 1903 the defendant deserted
the plaintiff and continues to do so. She is therefore asking for a
decree to dissolve the marriage, custody of the child and other relief as
