Johnson of Gold Hill sued for divorce by his wife, Agnes E. Johnson, after five weeks of matrimony, filed a motion in the circuit court Thursday, for an order to make the complaint "more definite and certain." The defendant also requests his mate to set forth "the ways and manner in which he acted as if he was sorry he married her," as alleged. Other paragraphs are asked to be stricken from the complaint on the grounds of being "incompetent, immaterial, irrelevant and redundant." The Johnsons were married May 9th. On June 26, the bride filed a suit for divorce, charging cruelty after the first week.
