He had his toes severed last spring, with the hope that would save his life. As he was quite old it was sure death to remove his limb. Mr. Harris, who had been ill for a long time, with consumption, died Wednesday and was buried Saturday at 2 o'clock p.m. He leaves a widow, formerly Jennie Booth. He was a man well liked by all who knew him.
