Baldwin, wife of Thomas Baldwin, aged 65 years, 3 months and 13 days. The subject of the above notice was born in the state of Pennsylvania, April 7, 1828, and was married on the 7th of June, 1849. She has been a residence of the state of Oregon for a number of years, having lived in Brownsboro and vicinity long enough to win the affection and confidence of a large circle of friends. She leaves a number of grown up children and a devoted husband to await the grand reunion beyond the confines of the tomb. Dearest mother, thou hast left us, Here thy loss we deeply feel, But 'tis God who hath bereft us, He can all our sorrows heal.
