Medford Mail, Friday, 31 Jan 1908
P. 2, c. 5: Ashland Tidings: Mrs. May Lamb Anderson, wife of G. R. Anderson, 
diedat their home on Maple street, yesterday. Another life, tht of a new born 
babe, went out a few hours before that of the mother and mother and child will 
be laid to rest in the same casket, in Hargadine Cemetery, tomorrow afternoon, 
the funeral occurring at 2 o'clock. The case is a sad one indeed. Mrs. 
Anderson, who was a native of Kansas, is survived by two children, besides the 
bereaved husband. The latter is the gardener employed in caring for the 
Chautauqua grounds.
