Arnold, late of 1208 West Tenth street, passed away at a local hospital Thursday afternoon after a lingering illness from paralysis. Mrs. Arnold was the wife of A. A. Arnold, deceased in 1919. She was born in Illinois, October 14, 1861, and was aged 67 years. She had been a resident of Medford for the past four years, coming here from Sumner, Wash. Mrs. Arnold was a member of a Presbyterian church since early life, but was denied the privilege of active service during recent years because of illness. She was also a member of the Eastern Star chapter at Sumner, Wash. She is survived by five children, Harry Arnold of Burns, Ore., Mrs. [illegible] Frank Kelly, Sumner, Wash., Mrs. Roy Peck and Miss Gertrude Arnold of Medford; also three stepsons, Judge John B. Arnold of the circuit court of New York City; N. B. Arnold, attorney of Superior, Wis., and Ernest Arnold, attorney of Duluth, Minn. Funeral services will be conducted at the Conger Funeral chapel, West Main at Newtown street, by Rev. Raymond Rees, at 2 p.m., Sunday. Interment in Medford cemetery.
