BRISCOE, Sarah Ellen (Ragsdale), Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune,
Sunday, 9 Jun 1946, p. 3 -- Sarah Ellen Briscoe, native daughter of
Jackson county, having been born April 7, 1868 at Woodville,
which is now known as Rogue River, passed away in Medford early
Saturday morning.

She lived for a time in Central Point, also in Ashland, and was
united in marriage to Mr. James Briscoe in 1897 at Beagle.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews in Medford and
vicinity. 

Funeral services will be conducted from the Perl Funeral Home with
the Rev. D. E. Millard officiating. Interment will be in Trail
cemetery.
