Mr. Inch was born at Greenbay, Wis., Feb. 15, 1884, and had spent most of his life in Oregon. He was a civil engineer. Mr. Inch was a member of the Masonic lodge at Independence, Ore., and Medford Elks lodge and a member of the Episcopal church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Una B. Inch, two daughters, Mrs. Leah Emmons of Medford, and Mrs. Helen Roberts of North Hollywood, Calif., two sisters and two brothers living in Minnesota, also four grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from Perl Funeral Home Monday at 11 a.m., the Rev. Father G. R. Turney officiating. Interment will take place in Siskiyou Memorial Park.
