Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Tuesday, 11 Dec 1917, p. 3, c. 2
Sadie Leo Leach, wife of H. L. Leach, died at her home, 226 North Bartlett, 
Tuesday, December 11, at 10:50 a. m., aged 49 years, 8 months and 9 days. She 
was a native of Philadelphia Pa., and had been a resident of Medford for the 
past five and one-half years. Mrs. Leach was a member of Rebekah lodge, No. 
28, I. O. O. F., of this city, and of the Eastern Star order of Washington, D. 
C. She is survived by her husband. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 
Dec. 13, at Perl’s chapel, at 2:30 p. m. The Christian Science service will be 
observed at the chapel and the Rebekah ritual at the grave.
