Mrs. Oldenkamp was born in Holland, November 4, 1863, and came to the United States in 1879 with her mother and two brothers, her father having passed away when she was four years of age. The family lived in Iowa after coming to this country, and she was later united in marriage to Jans Oldenkamp at Hasper, Iowa, in 1887. He passed away in 1916. A fine citizen in character, a good neighbor and mother, Mrs. Oldenkamp will be missed by a host of friends. She leaves to mourn her departure three daughters, Mrs. Fannie Wollan and Gertrude Miller of Medford, and Mrs. Bertha Jerine Shierry of Canoga Park, Cal. one son, Richard Oldenkamp, of Conrad, Mont., also three grandchildren of Medford and two of Montana. Funeral services will be conducted from the Perl Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 with Rev. George F. Kabele officiating. Interment in Siskiyou Memorial Park.
