Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Thursday, 30 December 1943, p. 4, c. 4
Grace Marie Owens, 50, of Grants Pass, died in the Grants Pass General 
hospital Tuesday night. Mrs. Owens was born at Bly, Oregon, March 12, 1893. 
She was united in marriage to B. Frank Owens at Klamath Falls, April 2, 1911. 
She and the late Irvin T. Anderson, well known resident of Medford, were 
brother and sister. 
She is survived by her husband, one brother, Oscar T. Anderson, of Beatty, 
Ore., a sister, Mrs. Carrie Schmitz, of Beatty, a daughter, Mrs. Marie 
Carlson, of Medford, and two grandchildren. 
She was a member of Klamath Falls chapter Neighbors of Woodcraft and the First 
Christian church of Klamath Falls.
Funeral services will be conducted from Perl Funeral Home Friday at 1:30 p. 
m., the Rev. Gorden L. Hypes, pastor of the First Christian church of Grants 
Pass officiating. Interment will be in Phoenix cemetery.
