Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Thursday, 16 April 1947, p. 6, c. 3 
Ross Donald Painter, 29, a lifetime resident of Central Point, passed away in 
a local hospital yesterday. Mr. Painter was born there February 14, 1918. 
Surviving are three children, Lois, Dickie and Carol Lee, Gold Hill; his 
father, Charles Painter, Central Point; his mother, Mrs. Eva Taylor, Central 
Point; and one brother, Raymond Painter, Gold Hill. Funeral services will be 
held in the Conger-Morris chapel Saturday at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. H. L. 
Camp of Central Point officiating. Interment will be in the family plot in the 
Central Point cemetery.
