Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Saturday, 18 Aug 1923, p. 2, c. 5
Mrs. Maggie Peck, died at her home at Lake Creek, Ore., Aug. 17 from 
infirmities due to old age, aged 85 years. Deceased was a native of Germany, 
coming to America when a small child and to Jackson county over fifty years 
ago. The deceased is survived by three children, Mrs. Mary Fredenburg, 
Medford; Mrs. Lena Lowery, Olympia, Wash., and Gustav A. Peck of Lake Creek, 
in addition to 16 grandchildren. The funeral services will be held at the Lake 
Creek cemetery Sunday at 2 p. m., Rev. Morenz-Oser officiating. Interment in 
Lake Creek cemetery. Arrangements in charge of the Perl Funeral home.
