Medford (Oregon) Mail, Friday, 29 Mar 1895, p. 5:

The little child of J. T. Sutton died of consumption, at the residence of
Robt. Moore, in this city last Saturday night. Funeral services were held
at the residence on North D street Monday forenoon. Interment in the
Central Point cemetery. It was only last summer that the child's mother
died of the same disease. The child had been ill for about four months,
having first had an attack of measles, and from this consumption developed.
