Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Wednesday, 7 Jun 1950, p. 9 Richard Benton Vincent, 77, a resident of southern Oregon all of his life, passed away at the family residence, 851 Humphrey street, Tuesday. Mr. Vincent was born in Sam's Valley on Dec. 9, 1872, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Vincent. Surviving are three brothers, John, Medford; James, Independence, and Gip, Central Point, and one sister, Mrs. Belle Centers, Medford. He was united in marriage to Miss Addie Gordon on June 21, 1898, in Jacksonville. He was a member of the Apostolic Faith church. Funeral services will be conducted from Perl Funeral home Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. C. W. Frost, pastor of the Apostolic Faith church, officiating. Interment will take place in Central Point Cemetery.
