He would have been thirty-nine years old the thirtieth of this month. He was born and had lived in this neighborhood all of his life and if he had an enemy it was not known, a young man of good habits, and by his industry and energy had accumulated enough to make him independent. He leaves two brothers, Nick and Peter Young and three sisters, Mrs. James Owens, Mrs. George Givens and Miss Clara Young, besides a long list of warm friends. The remains were interred in the Central Point cemetery, the services being conducted by A. C. Howlett. A large concourse of people followed the remains to the last resting place.
