J. Willard DeYoe of the First Methodist Episcopal church. He performed the wedding ceremony for three couples in the afternoon, two being married at the beautiful parsonage home at 27 North Orange street. At 5 o'clock he united in marriage Mr. Bryan Newton of Cottage Grove, Oregon, and Miss Myrtle Irene Robbins of this city at the parsonage in the presence of only a few friends. They immediately left for their new home and a short wedding trip. They will reside in Cottage Grove. At 8 o'clock he united in marriage, at the parsonage, Mr. Edwin A. Furister of Curry county and Miss Elisabeth Baumgardner of Grant's Pass. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Rupert Schwaiger of Grant's Pass. After a few days' honeymoon they expected to return to the groom's ranch in Curry county. At 8:45 he performed the ceremony which made Mr. John Wolfe and Miss Hazel Doren husband and wife. They were married at the bride's home on South Columbus street. Both these parties are residents of Medford and will make their home here. Quite a number of relatives and friends were present to witness this marriage. Delightful refreshments were served after the ceremony. In all three services the Episcopal ring ceremony was used.
