Trowbridge, local newlyweds, are now in Seattle on their honeymoon trip, their marriage having occurred in Eugene last Sunday. The bride, was Miss Pauline Johnson, daughter of John W. Johnson, he well known Medford merchant, and the room Ben J. Trowbridge, son of Mrs. Ben J. Trowbridge of this city, who has long been connected with the People’s Electric Store here. The wedding occurred in the First Congregational church of Eugene at 1:30 p. m. Sunday, March 22, with Rev. Mr. Clark, pastor of the church officiating, and in the presence of J. W. Johnson and a few close friends. The wedding arrangements were made by the Misses Marie and Dorothy Meyers of Medford, University of Oregon students and intimate friends of the bride. After a wedding dinner, Mr. and Mrs. Trowbridge left by motor for Salem, Portland and Seattle for a few weeks’ trip before returning to their home on East Main street, where they will be at home to their many friends April 15th.
