N. Surprise of Grant's Pass, and John C. Couch, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Couch of Tulsa, Okla., took place last Sunday night in the Seventh Day Adventist church. Rev. Adolph Johnson of Roseburg officiated. The bride was attended by Miss Leila Holm as maid of honor, and Miss Patricia Poindexter, Miss Betty Bechtel and Miss Flora Ward as bridesmaids. Glen Surprise, brother of the bride, was best man. Ushers were Harold Surprise, Kenneth Canberg and Lewis Corwin. Little Dorothy Davidson was flower girl. Following the ceremony a reception was held in St. Luke's Episcopal guild hall. The couple will live in Medford.
