--The marriage of Miss Joycie Haskins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus
Haskins, of Gold Hill, to Mr. Edward W. Learning, was consummated last
Wednesday evening at Gold Hill. The wedding gifts received show how well
and favorably known are the young people. Miss Elizabeth Hedley, a
prominent young lady of Dayton, and Miss Harriet George, of Newberg, were
in attendance. A delicious supper was served. Rev. Edwin B. Lockhart, of
Central Point, officiated.
