Preston of 422 South Ivy street announce the marriage of their daughter, Virginia Ruby Preston to George E. Walker of San Francisco. The ceremony was read May 11 in the Methodist parsonage in the Bay city by the Rev. Mr. Porter. The bride wore a beige outfit with brown accessories and a corsage of orange rosebuds and gardenias. She was attended by Chloe Anderson. Mrs. Walker, well-known in southern Oregon, graduated from Medford high school and has been taking nurses training at the French hospital in San Francisco, where she will complete her course in the fall. They will make their home in San Francisco where Mr. Walker is employed.
