A pretty wedding was solemnized at the Hathaway home near Central Point when Clara Hathaway, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hathaway, became the bride of Harry G. Wortman, Jr. The ceremony took place on Sunday, August 7th, at 4 o'clock. Rev. Jones of Central Point officiated. Mrs. J. Albert McCorkle played the wedding march. Miss Arlene Hoy was maid of honor, and Charles Wortman, brother of the groom was best man. After the ceremony dainty refreshments were served on the lawn. The young couple will be at home to their many friends at the Riverside apartments.
