Corporal Edward Turrell of the Seventh company, who is home on furlough for a 
short time from Fort Columbia, and Miss Mabel Owens of Central Point, were 
married this afternoon by Rev. Harry Tucker at the latter’s home in this city. 
The newly wedded couple will spend several days at the bride’s home at Central 
Point, and at the expiration of Corporal Turrell’s furlough, Mrs. Turrell will 
reside near Fort Columbia to be close by her husband.
