Married–McEldowney-Shattuck. Wedding bells rang out quite merrily at the farm 
home of Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Shattuck, on Griffin creek, on Wednesday evening, 
Jan. 17, 1900, at 8:45 p. m. The occasion was the marriage of their daughter, 
Elsie M., to Mr. T. A. McEldowney, of Hillsboro, Ore., Rev. W. B. Moore, of 
the M. E. Church, of Medford, officiating. Those present besides the members 
of the family, were Mr. and Mrs. P. H. Gray, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Smith, F. F. 
Conover, Earl, Clarence and Georgie Gray, Harold Smith and Misses Myra and 
Ruth Gray. Mr. and Mrs. McEldowney were the recipients of many beautiful gifts.
