Medford (Oregon) Mail Tribune, Tuesday, 19 Jan 1932, p. 8, c. 6 
A marriage of much interest to Medford’s younger set will be solemnized on the 
high seas, according to announcement in the Portland Journal today, which 
reports Pat Riley’s winning of the Central American trip, awarded by the 
Pacific Fruit and Produce company, and approaching marriage. The bride will be 
Miss Theodosia Elizabeth Von der Hellen of this city, who has been in San 
Francisco for the past several months. Both young people are very well known 
here, where Mr. Riley was employed by the Pacific Fruit and Produce company 
before going to Roseburg. Guests of the company sailed from San Francisco 
yesterday.
