He was born in Beardstown, Illinois, and aged 73 years at the time of his death. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Agnes Pool, two granddaughters, Alice Marie and Anna May Pool, all of Sprague River, two brothers, Albert of Gold Hill, Oregon, and Thomas of Central Point, Oregon, three sisters, Mrs. Mary Moore of Lake Creek, Oregon, Mrs. Thomas Kincaid of Eagle Point, Oregon, and Mrs. Annie Hannah of Eugene. The remains are in the gold room of the Earl Whitlock Funeral home, Pine avenue at Sixth, where friends may call. Announcement of funeral arrangements will be made later.
