SMITH - Harold Merton Smith of 1950 Tyler Street, Eugene died July 24, 1977.  He
was born March 30, 1895 in Peoria, Illinois.  He was a veteran of World War 1.  
He is survived by his wife, Esther; his brothers: Adrian Smith of Madras, Oregon,
and Lucien Smith of Peoria, Illinois; his sister, Gertrude Mansfield of Peoria, 
Illinois, two nephews; two nieces.  Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 
July 27 at 11 a.m. in Rest Haven Memorial Park.  Lounsbury - Musgrove Funeral 
Chapel in charge of arrangements.
