Elm, Albany, OR; I was acquainted with Lydia A. Hulburt and had known
her for five years prior to the birth of Claude Morgan Hulburt who is
her child and that said child was born on 23 Oct 1881, 7 miles SW from
Albany, Oregon in Linn County. That I lived near the mother and father
of this boy and saw him when he was a baby, further he was my nephew and
