SCHOOL NOTES

BEULAH
Our attendance has been very good considering the cold weather.

We have installed a bulletin board at school and all important articles of 
interest are clipped from the daily state and the county papers and pinned up.  
The pupils read these with much interest.

The pupils in this school are preparing the first edition of their paper, 
called “The Beulah Star”.  This is to be read Friday afternoons.  The members 
of the editorial staff are: Dollie Chandler, May Murphy, Donald McDonald, Wanda 
Templeton and Lane McDonald.  		

FANGOLLANO
Joe Corliss and Lewis Brewer entered school Monday making twelve pupils.  Three 
or four more will begin work soon.

The school house has recently been finished on the inside.  Now the walls are 
decorated with pictures, many of which are the contributions of the pupils. 

This school is planning a program to be given Washington’s Birthday.
