C. W. ALDREDGE DEATH COMES TO MRS. C. W. ALDREDGE JUST TWO MONTHS AFTER THAT OF HUSBAND Mrs. C. W. Aldredge, 85, passed away peacefully while being prepared for bed Tuesday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. F. T. Crawley, in Ontario. Of frail and slight constitution, her family believed that the shock and grief of her husband’s death just two months before weakened her heart until it simply ceased to work. Services are being held tomorrow afternoon at two o’clock from the Baptist church, with Rev. C. C. Hovda in charge. Interment will be made in the Ontario cemetery at the side of her husband. Sarah Frances McDow was born January 23, 1849, in Alabama. She was married in Louisiana on January 25, 1877, to Charles W. Aldredge. Following a 10 years’ stay in Oklahoma, the two moved to Malheur county in 1900, and have resided here since that time. Survivors include their five children, Mrs. A. Steward, Portland; Mrs. D. D. Stevens, Twin Falls; R. L. Aldredge, Moscow; Mrs. Chas. Bailey, Owyhee, and Mrs. F. T. Crawley, Ontario.
