Clarence Abraham Bratton

ONTARIO-Clarence Abraham Bratton, 72, Ontario, died Nov. 4, 1988, in an Ontario 
hospital.  Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Cemetery, 
Ontario, with Rev. John Baker of the First Baptist Church officiating, under 
the direction of Ontario’s Lienkaemper Chapel.

He was born May 22, 1916, in Effingham, Kan., a son of Frank and Lillie Sloan 
Bratton.  He lived in Topeka, Kan., where he worked for Omaha Packing for 
several years before his divorce.  He then traveled for many years around the 
country, settling in Ontario, where he has lived for the past 25 years, working 
for Iseri Produce Company.  He enjoyed fishing, watching sporting events and 
gardening.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.  

Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. today at Ontario’s Lienkaemper Chapel.
