Interment will be in Valleyview Cemetery in Vale. She was born May 12, 1877, in Daham, England. She married John Elmer Hinkle in Osage City, Kan., May 4, 1897. He died on Oct. 24, 1973. The couple moved from Kansas to Colorado and in 1907 they moved to Pocatello. In about 1910, they moved to Mountain Home and in 1920 they moved to Harper. She operated a hotel and cooked for railroad passengers in Harper for many years. She had been in the nursing home since 1966. She was a member of the Vale LDS Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jennie Jasper Perry, Vale; three grandchildren, Mrs. Helen Spray, Union, Ore., Mrs. Ruth Jones, Colton, Calif., and Ronald Roether, Island City, Ore.; three great-grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the direction of the Bertelson-Lienkaemper Chapel in Ontario.
