While Lukehart is awaiting a hearing involving this offense, the young girl succumbed at the Holy Rosary hospital from pneumonia last Friday. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Baptish church, with Rev. Hardy Connor in charge. Interment was made beside the girl's mother in Caldwell's cemetery. On Monday, at Emmett, the charge of kidnapping which had been brought against Doyle Vincent, Jesse Oliver and Tuffy Gumpton was dismissed, but the case against Koshnick, Ed Bailey and Howard Oviat was continued, pending the disposition of the Lukehart case in this county.
