Vale Resident Expires Monday

VALE-John Walter Lewis, 85, died at his home in Vale Monday.  Mr. Lewis was 
born April 19, 1872, in Canton, Ill.  

A retired farmer he had moved to the Vale community a year ago from Kimberly, 
Idaho.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fay Lewis of Vale.

The remains were sent by the George C. Beechler funeral home to Priest River 
where services were conducted today (Thursday
