William Poppe
William Poppe, 70, a long time resident of the Apple Valley community, died 
Wednesday at Malheur Memorial Hospital in Nyssa.

Mr. Poppe was born Jan. 5, 1900, in Minnesota and was a farmer. He is survived 
by three sisters, Mrs. Clarence Hing, Portland; Mrs. Frieda Krueger, Chatfield, 
Minn., and Miss Linda Poppe, of Yarnell, Ariz.; five grandchildren and 10 great 
grandchildren.

Services were Monday at 3 p.m. at Lienkaemper Chapel at Nyssa with Rev. J. D. 
Crego of the United Methodist Church officiating.

Interment will be announced.
