PANSY M. POST
Services for Pansy M. Post, 81, Ontario, who died Friday at an Ontario nursing 
home, were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cloverdale Funeral Home by the Rev. 
Mack McCray Jr., First Baptist Church.  Interment was in Cloverdale Memorial 
Park.

She was born Jan. 18, 1896, in Tennessee.  At the age of 11, she moved to the 
Central Cove area, where she was reared and educated.  She married John A. Post 
Jan. 3, 1914, at Boise.  They farmed in the Pleasant Ridge area west of 
Caldwell.  They moved to Salem in 1923, and returned to Boise in 1925.  He died 
in May 1942.  She moved to Ontario in 1972.  

She was a member of the First Baptist Church.  

Surviving are three sons, Holland L. and Robert, both of Boise, and George Post 
of Chevey Chase, Md.; three daughters, Mrs. Luella Bayer of Boise, Mrs. Leona 
Miller of Ontario and Mrs. Betty Jones of Payette; 16 grandchildren and 21 
great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Jack, three sisters 
and a brother.
