Dick W. Tensen
Dick W. Tensen, 71, Nyssa, a farmer, died Tuesday, August 7, 1984, at his home 
in rural Nyssa. Cremation took place under the direction of the Lienkaemper 
Chapel of Nyssa.

Mr. Tensen was born on December 6, 1912, at Nyssa, son of Pieter and Elizabeth 
Tensen. He was raised and educated in Nyssa. He served in the Army Air Corps 
during World War 11. Following his discharge he returned to Nyssa where he 
farmed and had resided since. He married Margaret Lane on May 22, 1954, at 
Winnemucca.

Survivors include his wife of Nyssa; two sons, Walt and Leo Lane, both of 
Nyssa; a daughter, Donna Jean Myrrick of Pendleton, Oregon; a sister, Greta 
Broad of Nyssa; and six grandchildren.
