Nyssa Matron Dies Saturday Morning At Local Hospital.

Mrs. Pieter (Lisa) Tensen died at Malheur Memorial hospital Saturday morning 
after several months' illness. Mrs Tensen was born in 1873 at Zunberborp, 
Holland.

She was married to the late Pieter Tensen in 1894. They came to Nyssa April 1, 
1900, and engaged in farming.

Mrs. Tensen is survived by two sons, Cornelias and Dick W. Tensen and one 
daughter, Mrs. John Broad. 

Services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Nyssa Funeral home under the 
direction of the Rev. William Woodman and interment followed at the Nyssa 
cemetery.
