KILLED NEAR BURNS.

District Attorney Miller received a dispatch Wednesday from Burns stating that 
Jerry Daly shot and killed Robert Toney on the 16th.  Both men were employees 
of the French Glenn Livestock Co., 50 miles from Burns.  Daley surrendered and 
claimed self-defense.  Further particulars are not obtainable.  Toney left a 
wife and two children.
