Geo. C.Ramsey, Commander of the U.S. war ship Charleston, spent the day in Napa yesterday with Mrs. A.T. Cox of Oregon, a cousin whome he had never before seen and who for some time had been a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. M. Boggs- Napa Valley Register. The Mrs. Cox referred to is a mother of Mrs. W.S. Boggs. of this city. Captain Ramey and Mrs. Cox had never before met. The captain is a fine looking man, forty eight years old and also been in the navy thirty two years.
